The Institute on Teaching and Mentoring is scheduled for October 31-November 3 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana. Please note that all attendees to the Institute on Teaching and Mentoring are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

REGISTRATION FOR THE INSTITUTE
Registration for the Institute is by invitation only. All attendees including speakers, recruiters, scholars, and guests to the Institute must register online. A LOGIN ID and instructions on how to register will be issued by SREB to all invitees.
Scholars
The cost for one scholar to attend the Institute is $1,079 before September 13 and $1,134 after September 13. This covers the following:
• Lodging in a double room (2 persons per room) for 3 nights @ $103/night/scholar for a total of $309 per scholar
• Registration fee (includes all conference materials and 7 meals Thursday evening reception to Sunday morning brunch excluding dinner on Saturday) - $770 per scholar (if registered before September 13) or $825 per scholar (if registered after September 13).
Directors/Coordinators/Guests
The cost for one Director/Coordinator/Guest to attend the Institute is $1,385 before September 13 and $1,440 after September 13. This covers the following:
• Lodging in a single room (1 person) for 3 nights @ $205 per night for a total of $615 per director/coordinator
• Registration fee (includes all conference materials and 7 meals Thursday evening reception to Sunday morning brunch excluding dinner on Saturday) - $770 per director/coordinator (if registered before September 13) or $825 per director/coordinator (if registered after September 13).

Online registration is open.
Refund/Cancellation policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations received via e-mail by 5:00 PM Eastern on September 30, 2024. Cancellation requests should be emailed to Institute.Coordinator@sreb.org. Please send request(s) for refunds to Veda.Overton-Houston@sreb.org. After September 30, 2024, no refunds will be issued on any cancellations received.
