Stay connected before and during the Institute on Teaching and Mentoring by downloading the app Guidebook that is available for iOS and Android devices. Guidebook will allow all Institute attendees to digitally access the Institute’s schedule, list of speakers, evaluation forms, attendee information, announcements, Institute Twitter and Facebook access, maps, nearby restaurants, and Institute up-to-date notifications during the Institute.
REGISTRATION FOR THE INSTITUTE
Registration to the Institute is by invitation only. All attendees including speakers, recruiters, scholars, and guests to the Institute must register online. A logon ID and instructions on how to register will be issued by SREB to all invitees.

For those attendees who are receiving financial support from SREB to attend the Institute, we do not reimburse for taxis, shuttles, Uber, or other private travel vendors for travel to and from the Institute hotel and Ronald Reagan National Airport.
All conference activities will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA, and Institute attendees will be booked at this hotel. When you register for the Institute, you are automatically reserved a room at the Crystal Gateway Marriott. The hotel will require either a credit card or debit card upon check in. If this hotel is fully booked, we will use an overflow hotel.
Recruiters - You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations, and will receive confirmations directly from the hotel.
Scholars, Guests, Speakers and all others - Confirmations for your hotel room will be sent to you approximately 2-3 weeks before the Institute.
All attendees must check in at the hotel upon arrival for the first night reserved. The hotel will charge SREB for the first night’s room fee for all “no shows” and they will resell the remaining reserved rooms. We reserve the right to charge the hotel fee to anyone who does not cancel 72 hours prior to their check in date.
Scholars, Guests, Speakers and others - If you are not able to attend the Institute and must cancel your registration and hotel reservations, please contact Ms. Cherryl Arnold at 404-879-5547 or send an email to email@example.com. All cancellations must be made by Friday, October 11, 2018. Failure to cancel by this date may result in additional charges or forfeiture of registration fees.
Recruiters - If you must cancel your hotel reservations, it will be your responsibility to contact the hotel directly and make the cancellation. If you are not able to attend the Institute, please notify SREB.
