National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity
The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity is an independent center dedicated to helping faculty, graduate students, and post-docs, particularly underrepresented groups, make a successful transition from graduate student to professor. The NCFDD works with colleges, universities, organizations, and individuals to ensure faculty success and offers programs and services to help new faculty to increase writing productivity, maintain work-family balance, create broad networks of collegial support on their campus. NCFDD offers online and on-site training workshops, leadership devevlopment programs, individual coaching, and institutional counseling.
